User information
We store our users email addresses, names, addresses and telephone numbers. Password hashes are stored in our database. We track user logins and logouts. We want to know how often our users sync, how many issues the average user keeps in our system etc. We are interested in this data in the aggregate, with one exception: security. One of our analysis tools tracks user logins and compares IP addresses for suspicious logins. We are especially interested in multiple logins from different locations using the same credentials. If we discover such a thing, we will try to get in touch with the user or license admin immediately.
BugSentry error reports
We use the BugSentry dll to log errors in the Dev Client and in the deployed application. These are in response to serious system errors and are encrypted with our public key.
General web statistics
We collect host IPs, browser information, and page views. We mainly use this to answer questions about our website: What pages are most interesting to visitors? How long do visitors spend on each page? Of those who download, is this their first visit? How do people find our site? Which of our ads works best? etc.
